We stopped for gas in NC, and
I got out to see what I could take
a photo of...this was on that local
rural road I mentioned, where you could get some local flavor. Well, this gentleman said..."there's nobody there! Why don't you take a picture of me?!" Of course, I obliged. He said when he was "comin' up", gas was 29 cents a gallon. I remember those days, too......can I be as old as he looks? :-)
The tank is 75 gallons, by the way....something everyone seems to ask.
