Michie Tavern built in the 1700's, near Monticello

 Clem said it was a tavern...you HAD ro have a beer with lunch!  Black eyed peas, fried chicken, corn bread and stewed tomatoes.  All very good!

This  tobacco barn that is being restored, was one of several out buildings on the property.
